    Comments about Villain:

This is a good "print":Image is "correct",Contrast acceptable, and the Transfer looked "pleasant",decent Sharpness, still there are lots of white specks, and a few bad frames.
The audio track is quite good:clear, and clean.
    So very watchable print.
    R. Burton as his best.
    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

      Comments about Villain:

No Oscar nods for Burton, is the biggest crime this film commits. Forget... "Get Carter", "Snatch" or the highly over-rated "Performance". This film is the "Gone With the Wind" of British gangster pictures! Burton could not be better... a young Ian McShane... two thumbs up. Outstanding film locations... great cast. Look for a young and thin, Joss Ackland.
