Returns:

At WBShop.com our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement, exchange, or refund, less the cost of shipping and gift box.

Include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or exchange for a different item.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us (except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend you use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.

Exceptions:

Halloween costumes, accessories and decor items must be returned within 30 days of shipping date or postmarked by October 31 of the year of purchase, whichever comes first.

Personalized or custom photo items can only be returned for a refund in the case of a damaged or defective item. Please contact us for assistance if there is a problem with your item.
