JFK: 50 Year Blu-ray Ultimate Edition

Comments about JFK: 50 Year Commemorative Ultimate Collector's Edition (BD) Blu-ray:
If you lived through the Kennedy era or are just interested in this tragic administration that remains a mystery to Americans, this is the ultimate collection. Besides the director's cut of Oliver Stone's 'JFK', which is OK though not completely an authenticated story, this contains the entire Zapruder sequence of the President;'s assassination in Dallas. While the movie is in blu ray, and also the bonus 6th chapter of Oliver Stone's 'Untold History of the US: JFK to the Brink', the other DVDs, including 'PT 109' and the wonderful 'Years of Lightning, Day of Drums' are restored to DVD. These are quite worthwhile, as is the 50th anniversary disk included as a tribute to the Kennedy administration. Well produced with photos, documents and other graphic materials and the gift box is well designed. Easy to store, and these are in a series with only 50,000 units produced. A great educational tool, and a well assembled reminder of a time many of us experienced when we were much younger. Sadly, it will make you think of what might have been if only history had been different.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
