Comments about Pacific Rim (3D Blu-ray+Blu-ray+DVD) Blu-ray 3D:

So far I've only watched the 3D Bluray of Pacific Rim and everything worked fine. The movie picture was excellent and the sound was so loud it was knocking objects off of my shelves -haha, wasn't even turned up that high. Haven't looked at the dvd, bluray 2D or special features yet. The lenticular on the slipcase was very cool, however I have a big gripe with the disc packaging. Instead of separating each disc, they discs were stacked on each side of the case 2x2. There is a high susceptibility to scratching, especially if there is broken plastic floating around in the package, when discs are packing like this. For the high cost, the manufacturer should've separated the discs. No excuses. Sometimes video games with multiple discs are packaged in the same 'stack' method and it is extremely annoying. I fear for the special collector's case package (which is more expensive),the stack method was used too, so proceed with caution.
