About Me Movie Buff
Comments about Best of Warner Bros. 100 Film Collection (DVD) DVD:
Would be a better box set if the first 60 movies on the list were not just there 60 oldest movies, also would not be so bad but some really good ones are not included as well as not being very well organized
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It should be noted that some of the 50's titles and most of the 60's titles are MGM films acquired by Warner Bros. through the purchase of the Turner library.

Nostalgia at its Best
from Arvada, Colorado
We are enjoying watching old favorites and seeing some for the first time: however, we were very disappointed when the American in Paris disc would not play - it gets "stuck" and won't move forward. We checked for fingerprints, dirt, scratches, etc but didn't see anything obvious. Sure would like to have a copy that plays - especially after paying the 'big bucks' for the 100 years of films.

Content fabulous, design difficult
from Pittsburgh, PA
Book-like timeline presentation is beautiful and fun; however, the physical design makes it extremely difficult to get DVDs in and out of cardboard pages. We're going to end up ripping them, which is disappointing. In addition, there is no movie logo or design on the DVD and the identifying titles are very small and difficult to read. And, the DVDs aren't in the associated slot, as pictured.
