Returns:
We can only accept returns on sealed, unopened Blu-ray discs, DVDs, CDs, video games, and other digital media products. Defective items can be returned for a replacement of the same title.

Include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or exchange for a different item.
