The movie is very inspiring and has lessons. We badly needed to view part 2 of it.

      Comments about August Rush Blu-ray:

In Watching this movie you will find some discontinuty problems with the music matching the motions. At the Organ scene the music swells while August is playing but the hands of the player remain still. In the Concert scene you will find that the Orchestra begins without the conductor starting them. Big NO!NO!! Also that during the playing of the piece August's hands start shaking while the Orchestra is still in the last 3rd of the song. There are also times shown when they use the start of the Orchestra sequence while the Ochestra is already playing. An enjoyable movie otherwise with the interplay of Classical and Rock and Roll coming together.

          Comments about August Rush Blu-ray:

This is one of my very favorite movies of all time, among those such as Crash and Patch Adams, that truly reveals the places of music and depth that goes beyond common understanding and the charts. You will never forget this touching, warm, and heart-tugging creation! And if you have a Blu-Ray player and at least a 5.1 channel surround sound receiver or processor with subwoofer, this is the best way to feel and watch this movie on Blu-Ray as recorded and intended by the director and authors. I urge all of you to realize the beauty of music in it's state of strength, depth and emotional beauty. [@] (Make sure your sound is on and you preferrably use the most up-to-date version of Windows Vista or Wi...ndows version 7, Internet Explorer 8 and Adobe Flash. It may take a moment or so to load.)
