Returns:
We can only accept returns on sealed, unopened DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs, video games, and other digital media products. Defective items can be returned for a replacement of the same title.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM WBSHOP.COM CAN BE RETURNED TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY WARNER BROS. PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT OTHER RETAILERS.
Include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or exchange for a different item.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us (except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend you use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
