Comments about Centurions Part One (MOD):

Tom Selleck in cartoon form! Can't go wrong with that.
As has been mentioned, the "really, this has value!" tags (much like He-Man saying brush your teeth) are missing. Not a deal breaker, but makes the obvious aim of the show more transparent.

Comments about Centurions Part One (MOD):

Nice to finally see a new release of The Centurions. The remastering looks awesome, far more superior than any bootleg set around. However these episodes are missing the educational scenes, Warner promised to include these in this set, but didn't.
I hope they at least include them in the next set, as an extra feature, since they apparently are in lower quality, to be included after the episodes.

Comments about Centurions Part One (MOD):

Finally Warner Archive has followed up the mini-series with the Centurions Part One containing episodes #6-30. The picture quality and sound are great for an 80's cartoon. Had found memories of watching it in the early-mid 1990s on Cartoon Network. Thanks for releasing this show. Please hurry with Part Two!

Comments about Centurions Part One (MOD):

Great to see this stuff again! (I never found it in my local market when it first aired; I discovered this underrated gem thanks to the station that Cartoon Network used to be). Anyway, on to the point...

The visuals throughout these episodes look good and the sound is okay. (There seem to be some white spots over the end credits of some episodes but I didn't buy these to watch the end credits).

The contents are, of course, excellent and my reason for purchasing these in the first place. However, my main quibble (if there was one) is that the 30 second science epilogues to cap off these adventures didn't make if off of the cutting room floor (nor did the Ruby Spears bumper but it's gotten to the point where I expect that to be missing from the titles in the RS library).

Overall, these are great and the missing science segments are only enough to deduct one star from a perfect review. Looking forward to a second volume in the not-too-distant future.
