Mark Harmon (NCIS) portrays serial killer Bundy in a movie that’s harrowing as only true-life crime sagas can be. Seattle reporter Richard W. Larsen’s book Bundy: The Deliberate Stranger provides the basis for this startling portrait of an elusive killer, who was finally tried and executed in 1989. Nerve-frayed investigators (Frederic Forrest, M. Emmet Walsh and others) detect a pattern in the victims’ deaths and ultimately arrest Bundy – who escapes twice! He resurfaces in Florida. And before the modern era’s most desperate manhunt closes in, he strikes again.

Disc 2 had "disc error" twice at the same spot, was sent back to beginning of disc. On the third time, I ejected the disc and put it back in and it worked.
Delivery was in excellent timing for gifts.

In light of Mark Harmon's career, it's interesting to see him as a charming and heartless killer in this film early in his career. Ted Bundy -- the killer he portrays -- is a fascinating and terrifying character. The fact that this really happened is terrifying.

This movie is just good as I remember from watching it on TV in the 80's. Maybe better because this time around there were not commercials. Mark Harmon did an outstanding job of protraying Ted Bundy.

Outstanding! Have awaited this title for years to
be on DVD! So pleased with the two disk presentation. Have the VHF two tapes & was fearful
WARNER BROTHERS would not offer the two disks but my fears were unfounded. MARK HARMON will ALWAYS
BE BUNDY! If you have not seen this one...watch
it! With the phone off; doors locked; and lights off..you WILL look around the room thinking you heard something..trust me.You will not be disappointed! VIRGINIA IN LOVELY LOUISIANA !

Hard to find miniseries/made for TV movie that was previously impossible to find on DVD except for overseas releases, now available on demand. Excellent transfer and sharp images make this a pleasure to re-watch.

if you are interested in ted bundy this movie is great. mark harmon is fantastic in it. just a couple quick little gliches but not enough to make a difference. [...]would buy from again!
