At WBShop.com our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement, exchange, or refund (please see below for certain exceptions).
Include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or exchange for a different item.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us (except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend you use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.

Damaged. Incorrect, or Defective Merchandise
If your item was damaged during shipping or is defective or the incorrect item, please contact customer service, and we will be happy to assist you.
Costumes:
Due to the seasonal nature of Halloween costumes, costumes purchased during the month of October can only be returned if the return shipment is postmarked on or before October 31. Our standard 30-day return policy applies for costumes purchased throughout the rest of the year (November-September).
Boxers, Briefs, and Undergarments:
Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns on boxers, briefs, or other undergarments. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us for assistance.
DVDs, Blu-ray Discs , CDs, and Video Games:
Unopened DVDs, Blu-rays Discs, CDs, and Video Games may be returned for a refund or exchange for a different item. Opened items may only be returned if defective and will only be replaced with the same title.
