Please allow 1 business day for processing before your order ships. Certain items, including personalized merchandise and Warner Archive titles, take a few extra days. It will always be noted on the item's page if an item takes longer to ship.

Shipping Carriers

We use several shipping providers – UPSP, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Ground shipping: UPS Ground, U.S. Postal Service, or FedEx Ground may be used. We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive both USPS and UPS/FedEx deliveries.
2-Day Shipping: UPS or FedEx. Please note there is no weekend or holiday delivery.
Next-Day shipping: UPS or FedEx. Please note there is no weekend or holiday delivery.
Military addresses: USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please make sure to use USA as the country for military addresses.
Canada: DHL or FedEx International.
International: DHL or FedEx International shipping.
International Shipping

DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs, video games, and digital media products cannot be shipped outside the U.S. due to legal agreements with our distribution partners.

Some official merchandise ships to Australia, Canada, and/or the UK. Information about where an item can ship is shown on the product detail page.

International customs/duty tax

International customers are responsible for any and all import fees, duties and/or local taxes.

P.O. Boxes

We cannot accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address, except military addresses. If you do not receive U.S. Mail at your home address, please be aware that if you select Ground shipping, your package may be shipped with USPS.
