At WBShop.com our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement, exchange, or refund (please see below for certain exceptions).
To return an item, please pack it carefully and ship it back. When shipping your package back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We recommend that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number, such as UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and how you would like us to handle the return. For example, you should let us know whether you want a replacement for a damaged item, an exchange for a different size, or a refund.

Costumes:
Costumes and Halloween accessories can only be returned for exchange for another size or item, not for refund.
Boxers, Briefs, and Undergarments:
We cannot accept returns on boxers, briefs, or other undergarments due to state regulations. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us for assistance.
DVDs, Blu-ray Discs , CDs, and Video Games:
Unopened DVDs, Blu-rays Discs, CDs, and Video Games may be returned for a refund or exchange for a different item. Opened items may only be returned if defective and will only be replaced with the same title.
Posters:
Despite our use of extra heavy tubes, every once in a while a tube is crushed during shipment. Please take the following steps to minimize your expense and trouble in returning posters to us. Instead of returning the entire damaged poster in its tube, simply fold up the damaged poster (or tear off a portion of it that includes the movie title) and send it back in a standard size envelope. Please include a copy of your packing slip and a note explaining if you would like a replacement or refund.
Oversized Items/International returns on damaged and defective items:
